How do I provide feedback or complain about my experience?

In the first instance, please always contact your club directly and also make assure you complete the online feedback form to let our customer service team making sure dealt in a professional way.


What is the most popular package you have?

GOLD Membership is out most popular membership that gives full access to all health and fitness facilities like GYM, Sports, Swimming, and SPA. Gold member gets free child care, free physiotherapy and loyalty card with many other benefits.


Can I try out the gym before enrolling to a membership?

We offer free week pass to all first time new users. Weekly pass holder can get access to all fitness facilities.


Are you hiring?

Do we offer personal training services?

Yes, you can hire personal training or coaching.


Are group fitness classes included in the membership fee?

Absolutely, Full and GYM members can access to all fitness classed, group events and challenges.


Can I freeze my membership if needed?

Only the GOLD Member can freeze there membership. Maximum period apply.


Do we offer nutritional guidance or meal planning services?

Yes, we offer Nutrition advise, diet plan, and weight control advice. This if free to all users who got yearly membership.


Can young under 18 can use the gym?

VIGOR have created GYM sessions specifically for under 18s to give them the best start on their fitness journey. By must be under supervision by an adult at all the time.


Are there options for family or group memberships?

Absolutely yes, VIGOR is a family oriented leisure center that cater all health and fitness need of a family.


Are there any social events or member benefits?

Yes we organize regular events and encourage all members to get free participation in.


Can I switch Centre once I’ve enrolled in another?

Member have access to all VIGOR Centres, in respect of where they have enrolled.


Will I be shown how to use the equipment?

Yes, every new member will receive a free induction session to show you how to use the equipment. We strongly recommend an induction if you have not been a member of a gym before.


Are there changing facilities and showers?

Yes we provide comfortable changing facilities which include showers, toilets, hairdryers and plug sockets (for those who like to bring their own appliances).


Are there lockers facilities?

Yes, you can purchase a padlock at the Centre or bring your own. Lockers are located in the changing rooms and on the gym floor and are only to be used for the duration of your training session.


Is there a separate sauna, steam, jacuzzi room or spa?

Each VIGOR Leisure Centre will have spa areas. Please contact the individual Centre, or check the Centre webpage, for details.


Is there free parking?

Yes, we offer plenty of free parking at every Centre. Please ask in club for a parking permit/registration entry information to avoid disappointment.


Can I take videos and pictures?

Please ensure members around you are aware. Please do not take photographs or videos on the premises or post remarks or imagery to the internet that could identify another Member.


Are annual memberships refundable?

Annual memberships, where advertised, are available at a substantially discounted rate so are therefore non-refundable. You can however still freeze your account in case of illness or injury.


Can i bring a guest?

Members allows to bring a guest with you for free. Most Centres allow you to bring a guest up to 4 times a month.
